Cancellation and Refund Policy for Donations & Offerings

1. General Policy
All donations and offerings made to Seed of Truth are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except under exceptional circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Accidental Donations: If a donor mistakenly donates an incorrect amount (e.g., extra zero added), they must request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Duplicate Transactions: If a donor unintentionally makes multiple donations for the same cause, they may request a refund for the extra transactions.
  • Technical Errors: If a donation was made due to a payment gateway error or unauthorized transaction, a refund request may be submitted.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, donors must:

  • Email [Support@seedoftruth.org.in] with the subject: “Donation Refund Request – [Your Name]”
  • Provide transaction details (date, amount, payment method, and proof of the transaction).
  • Mention the reason for the refund request clearly.

The refund request will be reviewed within 10 business days, and if approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

4. Modifications & Exceptions

  • Refunds for offerings made during live events, religious services, or charity fundraisers will not be entertained.
  • In case of special circumstances, Seed of Truth reserves the right to make a final decision on refund approvals.
