Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Any gifts, offerings, or religious items associated with donations will be processed within 2-5 business days after the donation is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: If applicable, delivery within 2-5 business days at an additional cost.
  • International shipping may take 10-21 business days, depending on the location and customs regulations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before confirming the donation/offering.
  • Free shipping may be available for certain donation tiers or special events.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once shipped, donors will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor delivery status.
  • Updates on shipping delays, if any, will be communicated proactively.

5. Delivery Issues & Non-Delivery

  • If the shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, donors can contact [support@seedoftruth.org.in].
  • If an order is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to resend it once. If undelivered again, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Returns & Replacements

  • Since gifts and offerings are typically symbolic, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • In case of damaged items, a replacement request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item with photo proof.
